- Milk250 ml
- Milk powder6 tablespoon
- Colorless gelatin1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Make a caramel sauce with 1 cup of sugar and half a cup of water in a pudding mold
- Hydrate the gelatin according to package directions. Blend all ingredients in a blender except the gelatin.
- After hydrated, put the gelatin in the microwave for a few seconds and then mix it with the other ingredients and beat again.
- Pour into the mold and refrigerate for a few hours.
