- Turn off and transfer to the shape and cover the whole shape with the syrup.
- for the pudding Blender blend all ingredients.
- A tip for not having an egg smell is to beat the egg with the sugar first until it is very homogeneous for about 2 minutes and then add the other ingredients and let it beat for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer to the mold with the syrup, cover with aluminum foil and take it to a bain-marie for approximately one hour.
- Makes 10 pieces.
