- 1. In a blender, beat the cream together with the condensed milk and powdered milk. 2. With this mixture, fill a popsicle mold and take it to the freezer between 3 and 4 hours. 3. After unmolding, return the popsicles to the freezer for another 10 minutes. 4. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and reserve in a large glass. 5. After 10 minutes in the freezer, dip the popsicles in the chocolate so that it covers the entire popsicle. 6. In a mold, with parchment paper, support the popsicles with the syrup and take it to the freezer until hardened.
