Heavy cream200 g
Nest Milk200 g
whipped cream200 ml
White Chocolate200 g
Condensed Milk395 g

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, pausing and mixing every 30 seconds to avoid burning, or, if you prefer, in a bain-marie.
Add to the bowl of a stand mixer and beat well for about 5 minutes, or until cold.
Put the well-frozen condensed milk, and beat a little more. Add the whipped cream, also well chilled, and beat continuously for another 5 minutes.
Finally, gradually add the nest milk, beating well each time. Pass to a platter, or to bowls and keep in the fridge, you until serving.
