Numa panela misture o açúcar o leite ninho e A agua quente

Leve ao fogo médio quando começar a ferve a baixe o fogo e vai mexendo

Após 20 minutos a coloração já vai estar escura

Retire a panela do fogo e adicione a margarina e mexa por 2 minutos até que comece a endurece mexa forte

Despeje no mármore untado espere de uns 10 minutos para fica com aquela massa dura depois corte e desgruda do mármore .
