Ingredients

• Sugar | 4 cup
• Powdered milk | 4 cup
• Water | 2 cup
• Margarine | 3 tablespoon

Recipe

1. In a pan, mix the sugar, the nest milk and the hot water.
2. Bring to a medium heat, when it starts to boil, lower the heat and keep stirring.
3. After 20 minutes the color will be dark
4. Remove the pan from the heat and add the margarine and stir for 2 minutes until it starts to harden.
