- Sugar240 g
- Vanilla Extract1 tablespoon

- Wheat Flour360 g
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Filling: red fruits to taste
- Topping: icing sugar5 tablespoon
- Topping: lemon juice1 tablespoon
- In a mixer, beat the sugar with the butter until it becomes a light cream.
- Add the vanilla extract, beating always adding 1 egg at a time, put the next one only after the previous one is already 100% incorporated into the dough.
- In the bowl of the mixer, but without turning on, sieve the flour and the yeast, mix with a spatula, without beating. This dough is really hard.
- Grease a form of approx. 25 cm and put half of the dough, put the desired recipe: I used blueberries, but I already made it with red fruits and you like chocolate and it was wonderful too. After the filling, complete with the other half of the dough and bake for an hour in the oven at 160•
- Remove from the oven, wait 30 min to unmold and put the lemon syrup with icing sugar
