- Popcorn Corn | 1 cup
- Oil | 50 ml
- Water | 50 ml
- White chocolate | 200 g
- Powdered nest milk | 1 cup
- Sugar | 1/3 cup
Recipe
- Prepare the chocolate: Melt the chocolate by placing every 10 seconds in the microwave or in a bain-marie. In a pan, place the popcorn, sugar, oil and water. Place the pan over high heat, and stir until the first corn bursts, when it bursts, cover the pan and lower the heat. When the popping noise from one popcorn to the next takes a little longer, remove the pan from the heat. Pour the popcorn on a surface at room temperature - it can be in a shape, separate it with a spoon, pour the melted chocolate and mix well, then pour the powdered milk and mix again. It's perfect!
