Popcorn With Nest Milk

Coloque o óleo, a água, o açúcar e o milho de pipoca em uma panela grande e mexa bastante (sim, tudo junto)
Mexa em fogo alto até começar a estourar a pipoca (pode demorar uns 15 minutos), tenha cuidado para não se queimar quando a pipoca pular
Baixe o fogo, feche a panela e mexa de vez em quando (sacudindo a panela), até você ouvir as pipocas pararem de estourar
Assim que as pipocas demorarem mais de 5 segundos para estourar, desligue o fogo
Quando sua pipoca estiver pronta, ela vai ficar “caramelizada” e um pouco colada uma na outra por causa da calda. Então, coloque o leite ninho em uma vasilha e misture bem a pipoca com o leite ninho.
Por fim sirva sua Pipoca de leite ninho.


Place the oil, water, sugar and popcorn in a large pot and stir well (yes, all together)
Stir over high heat until the popcorn starts to pop (it may take about 15 minutes), be careful not to burn yourself when the popcorn pops.
Lower the heat, close the pan and stir occasionally (by shaking the pan) until you hear the popcorn stop popping.
As soon as the popcorn takes longer than 5 seconds to pop, turn off the heat.
When your popcorn is ready, it will be “caramelized” and a little stuck together because of the syrup. Then, put the nest milk in a bowl and mix the popcorn with the nest milk well.
Finally, serve your nest milk popcorn.
