  • Sour Sprinkle | 03 cup
  • Sugar | 01 cup
  • Corn starch | 1/2 cup
  • grated cheese | 1/2 cup
  • Eggs | 03 unit(s)
  • Chemical Yeast | 01 tablespoon
  • Whole Milk (optional) | 1/2 cup


  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Until it unglued from your hands and you can shape the dumplings.
  2. If the dough is too dry, add the milk little by little, until it starts to roll.
  3. That done, model the dumplings and fry in warm oil, to avoid bursting.
  4. Fry until golden. Use paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve!
  5. It is very smooth and soft. Perfect to accompany that coffee.
