- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Corn starch1/2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- plum1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Mix condensed milk, liquid milk, coconut milk and starch in a pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly until you get a cream.
- Pour into a mold and take it to the fridge
- Mix the plums, sugar and water in a pan and stir until you get a syrup.
- With the cream firm, pour it into a tray and add the syrup.
