  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • Milk powder4 tablespoon
  • Chocolate topping200 g
  1. In a pan put the condensed milk 1 cream of milk powder and mix very well
  2. Bring this mixture to a boil and cook for approximately four minutes until it forms a soft brigadeiro. Reserve to cool
  3. In a cross, place the already sanitized grapes
  4. Cover with the cooled cream and set aside.
  5. In a bowl, place 150 g of chopped chocolate for topping and half a box of heavy cream.
  6. Microwave for 30 seconds until completely melted to form a ganache.
  7. Continue covering the cream with the prepared ganache
  8. To decorate use halved grapes and chopped chocolate shavings.
  9. Take it to the fridge for at least 4h00 so that it gets very cold and the cream reached the Firm point
