- Seedless Grape500 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Milk powder4 tablespoon
- Chocolate topping200 g
- In a pan put the condensed milk 1 cream of milk powder and mix very well
- Bring this mixture to a boil and cook for approximately four minutes until it forms a soft brigadeiro. Reserve to cool
- In a cross, place the already sanitized grapes
- Cover with the cooled cream and set aside.
- In a bowl, place 150 g of chopped chocolate for topping and half a box of heavy cream.
- Microwave for 30 seconds until completely melted to form a ganache.
- Continue covering the cream with the prepared ganache
- To decorate use halved grapes and chopped chocolate shavings.
- Take it to the fridge for at least 4h00 so that it gets very cold and the cream reached the Firm point
