- For the white cream, add 500 ml of milk, the vanilla essence, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 condensed milk and 1 cream to the blender. low and turn off as soon as the cream starts to thicken. In Reserve.
- For the chocolate cream, add the rest of the ingredients (except the chocolates) to the blender, beat everything for 5 minutes and take it to low fire in a non-stick pan, crumble the chocolates and take it to the fire until the mixture starts to thicken.
- On a platter, pour the white cream and then the chocolate cream. Decorate as you prefer. Take it to the fridge and after ice cream, just serve.
