  • Dulce de leche400 g
  • Cornstarch biscuits200 g
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon Powder1 to taste
  • Cream350 g
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  1. In a blender or multiprocessor, crush the biscuit, then add the melted butter and mix until it forms a crumbly dough and bake for 8 minutes.
  2. Cut the bananas into slices, I prefer silver, mix them with the juice of a lemon (this way they don't get dark and the banoffe lasts longer).
  3. In a platter add the farofinha, level it with the help of a spoon, in a bowl add the dulce de leche I use ready-made (use a good quality one or make it homemade) mix a cream and with the help of a whisk mix everything very well well, now just add about the farofa.
  4. Place the banana slices on top of the dulce de leche. In the mixer add the cream and beat at high speed, with the mixer on add a box of cream and three tablespoons of sugar until you get a very firm whipped cream. Add over the bananas and sprinkle cinnamon, serve ice cream.
