- chopped pineapple1/2 unit(s)
- powdered milk4 tablespoon
- vanilla whey protein (optional)2 tablespoon
- Coconut flakes2 tablespoon
- Blend the pineapple, powdered coconut milk and whey in a blender or food processor until creamy.
- Then add the coconut flakes, mix and place in molds.
- Place in the freezer until hardened. Makes 4 large or 6 small popsicles.
