Pineapple Popsicle with Coconut

- chopped pineapple | 1/2 unit(s)
- powdered milk | 4 tablespoon
- vanilla whey protein (optional) | 2 tablespoon
- Coconut flakes | 2 tablespoon
- Blend the pineapple, powdered coconut milk and whey in a blender or food processor until creamy.
- Then add the coconut flakes, mix and place in molds.
- Place in the freezer until hardened.
Makes 4 large or 6 small popsicles.
