Butter or margarine4 tablespoon

Milk1 cup
Wheat flour3 cup
Vanilla essence (optional)1 tablespoon
Yeast1 tablespoon

Start by peeling the pineapple and lining the end of the greased and sprinkled pan with slices.
Make the syrup by taking 2 cups of sugar to the fire until it all melts and gradually add the water. Let it boil until it becomes a not so thick syrup.
Drizzle the pineapple in the mold with the syrup and set aside.
Beat the eggs, 1 cup of sugar and the butter or margarine until creamy.
Add the milk and wheat flour alternating and mix well.
Add the vanilla essence and finally the yeast.
Put the dough in the shape and take it to bake, doing the toothpick test.
Wait for it to cool down a little so as not to break the cake and unmold.
