- Pineapple essence1 tablespoon
- Water2 cup
- Pineapple (cubes)1 cup
- In the blender, place the pineapple to beat with the water for 10 minutes, strain, removing all the liquid and reserve it in a bowl.
- Wash the blender and add the condensed milk, the cream, the gelatin, the pineapple essence and the pineapple juice.
- Beat for 10 minutes
- In a refractory or bowl, place the pineapple pieces and the beaten liquid and take it to the freezer for 3 hours and serve.
