  • Pineapple Jelly2 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Pineapple essence1 tablespoon
  • Water2 cup
  • Pineapple (cubes)1 cup
  1. In the blender, place the pineapple to beat with the water for 10 minutes, strain, removing all the liquid and reserve it in a bowl.
  2. Wash the blender and add the condensed milk, the cream, the gelatin, the pineapple essence and the pineapple juice.
  3. Beat for 10 minutes
  4. In a refractory or bowl, place the pineapple pieces and the beaten liquid and take it to the freezer for 3 hours and serve.
