- Pineapple, diced1 unit(s)
- Water250 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- In a pan, place the following ingredients: Pineapple, water and sugar and stir until sweet (about 20 minutes.)
- Turn off the heat and let it cool for about 15 minutes, then add the condensed milk and cream. Stir well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Place in the fridge and serve after 3 hours. Ice cream this dessert gets even tastier.
