- 1 pineapple, diced (without the core) half cup of sugar 800ml of water Bring to a boil and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Then, remove from the heat and while still hot, add 2 pineapple flavored jellies, mix well and add 2 boxes of cream. Mix well and place in a serving dish or individual bowls. Leave in the freezer for 5 hours or overnight. It's delicious!
