- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Cut the pineapple into cubes, pour it into a pan and bring to a low heat along with the sugar for 25 minutes. After that time, turn off the heat, pour into a sieve and set aside.
- In the blender add the powdered juice and 100ml of water, beat for 2 minutes, then add 2 condensed milk and 2 cream and beat for 5 minutes at maximum speed.
- In a container add the pineapple and 1 can of condensing milk and mix well.
- On a platter or in individual portions, make a layer of the pineapple mixture with condensing milk, add the liquid from the blender and finish with the rest of the pineapple.
- Freeze for 4 hours and it will be ready to serve.
