- Pineapple in syrup1 can(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- grated coconut50 g
- Pineapple Jelly1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- In a pan, pour the pineapple syrup
- Cut the pineapple into pieces
- Put it together with the syrup in the pan and add the sugar, stir and wait for it to boil.
- Turn off the heat, add the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add the condensed milk and the grated coconut mix well.
- Place in a serving dish of your choice.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm.
- Ready !
