- For the candy: In a pan, make the jam with the chopped pineapple, water and three tablespoons of sugar.
- For the cream: Heat the condensed milk, the three yolks and liquid milk in the same medium as the can of condensed milk until a homogeneous cream is formed.
- For coverage: Beat the three egg whites, add three tablespoons of sugar and the cream.
- For assembly: A layer of the cream, the pineapple jam and on top of the cover.
