Pineapple1 unit(s)
Sugar1 cup
Condensed milk395 g
Gem2 unit(s)
Butter1 tablespoon
egg whites3 unit(s)
Sour cream200 g
Sugar3 tablespoon

Cut the pineapple into cubes then place it in a pan along with 1 cup of sugar and heat until the pineapple has cooked and set aside.
In a pan, place the condensed milk, the yolks and the butter, take it to the fire until it is releasing from the bottom of the pan, then set it aside.
Beat the egg whites, then add the 3 tablespoons of sugar and the cream, mix well and set aside.
On a platter, place the pineapple jam, in the second layer place the cooked condensed milk and finally the snow whites, cover with cling film and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
