- First cut the pineapple into small cubes, put it in a pan with water and a cup of sugar, cook until it becomes like a thin syrup. After that, drain the pineapple and reserve the water until it cools down.
- The reserved water that has cooled, I put in the blender with the two pineapple flavor jellies, the condensed milk and the cream.
- On a platter put the beaten cream (half) add the cooked pineapple, and the rest of the cream... Take it to the freezer for 30 minutes, just serve with grated coconut zest on top and lemon zest.
