- Vanilla flavored oat flour20 g
- Coconut Flour5 g
- Milk of choice3 tablespoon
- Liquid (or other) sweetener to taste
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Pineapple pieces to taste
- Beat the egg with the milk and the sweetener. I added the pineapple chunks.
- I sieved the flour and yeast, mixed well. I greased a ramekin with coconut oil and coconut flour.
- I poured the dough and took it to the microwave for 2min until it was cooked (not overcooked). I let it cool down a bit.
- I cut it in half, soaked both parts with plenty of milk (to moisten) and filled it with quark and pineapple in larger pieces as well as the topping.
- I finished with grated coconut and protein syrup (optional: 1 scoop of chocolate whey + 1 tsp of pure cocoa powder + water until the point is reached)
