- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Water (Use a small glass of olives)1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Milk powder to taste
- Cornstarch1 tablespoon
- Heavy cream2 can(s)
- How to prepare pineapple syrup.
- Cut the pineapple into cubes, add the sugar and water and cook for 20 min.
- How to prepare the Cream.
- Dilute the powdered milk in water using the same measure as the condensed milk can.
- In a pan add the sifted egg yolk, condensed milk, powdered milk diluted in water and cornstarch. Mix everything and then put it on the fire.
- Cook until creamy, turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
- After it has cooled a little, add the Heavy cream and pineapple syrup, mix well and refrigerate.
