Pineapple1 unit(s)
Sugar3 tablespoon
Water (Use a small glass of olives)1 cup
Egg1 unit(s)
Condensed Milk1 can(s)
Milk powder to taste
Cornstarch1 tablespoon
Heavy cream2 can(s)

How to prepare pineapple syrup.
Cut the pineapple into cubes, add the sugar and water and cook for 20 min.

How to prepare the Cream.
Dilute the powdered milk in water using the same measure as the condensed milk can.
In a pan add the sifted egg yolk, condensed milk, powdered milk diluted in water and cornstarch. Mix everything and then put it on the fire.
Cook until creamy, turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
After it has cooled a little, add the Heavy cream and pineapple syrup, mix well and refrigerate.
