Em uma panela vamos preparar o caramelo !
Em fogo baixo leve o açúcar ate caramelizar por completo mexendo sempre , quando não  tiver nenhum gruminho adicione a água mexa bem ,ele deve ficar meio termo uma calda nem grossa nem fina.

In a pan we will prepare the caramel !
On a low heat, take the sugar until it caramelizes completely, stirring constantly, when there are no lumps, add the water, stir well, it should be a syrup neither thick nor thin.

Pra essa receita vamos prescisar de um forma grande cerca de 30 centímetros. 
Adicione a calda por completa e disponha as fatias de abacaxi sobre a mesma reserve.

For this recipe we will need a large pan about 30 centimeters.
Add the syrup completely and arrange the pineapple slices over the same reserve.

Bata os ovos,o leite de coco , o óleo , o iorgute,  o leite e o açúcar bata tudo  no liquidificador por cerca de dois minutos. 

Beat the eggs, coconut milk, oil, yogurt, milk and sugar in a blender for about two minutes.

Transfira a mistura para uma bacia grande e vai adicionando a farinha aos poucos (peneirada viu☺️)mexendo delicadamente adicione a canela se quiser e o fermento. 

Transfer the mixture to a large basin and gradually add the flour (sifted, see☺️) stirring gently, add the cinnamon if you want and the yeast.

Leve ao forno pré aquecido à  180 graus por cerca de 40 minutos. 
Desinforme ainda morno. Esse bolo é  tamanho familia ❤

Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Disinform still warm. This cake is family size ❤
