  • Plain yogurt1 unit(s)
  • Whole milk1 cup
  • Sugar1/5 cup
  • Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Oil100 ml
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon1 to taste
  • Whole eggs3 unit(s)
  • Water1 cup
  1. In a pan we will prepare the caramel ! On a low heat, take the sugar until it caramelizes completely, stirring constantly, when there are no lumps, add the water, stir well, it should be a syrup neither thick nor thin.
  2. For this recipe we will need a large pan about 30 centimeters. Add the syrup completely and arrange the pineapple slices over the same reserve.
  3. Beat the eggs, coconut milk, oil, yogurt, milk and sugar in a blender for about two minutes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a large basin and gradually add the flour (sifted, see☺️) stirring gently, add the cinnamon if you want and the yeast.
  5. Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Disinform still warm. This cake is family size ❤
