- Wheat Flour3 cup

- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 to taste

- In a pan we will prepare the caramel ! On a low heat, take the sugar until it caramelizes completely, stirring constantly, when there are no lumps, add the water, stir well, it should be a syrup neither thick nor thin.
- For this recipe we will need a large pan about 30 centimeters. Add the syrup completely and arrange the pineapple slices over the same reserve.
- Beat the eggs, coconut milk, oil, yogurt, milk and sugar in a blender for about two minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a large basin and gradually add the flour (sifted, see☺️) stirring gently, add the cinnamon if you want and the yeast.
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Disinform still warm. This cake is family size ❤
