- Peel, remove the spikes and stem from the pineapple. 2. Chop into small pieces. 3. Bring the sugar to a boil over low heat until cooked (half translucent) and with little syrup. Reserve. 4. Add the condensed milk, the yolks and the milk, and bring to a simmer until it thickens. 5. Place in an ovenproof dish. 6. When it is cold, place the pineapple jam on top, distributing it evenly. 7. beat the egg whites and add 2 tablespoons of sugar. 8. Beat well, add the cream and mix gently.
- Put it on top of the candy. Take it to the freezer. Before serving, let it thaw a little.
