  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Sugar2 teaspoon
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Milk180 ml
  • Vanilla1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Caramel: Sugar1 cup
  • Water1/3 cup
  1. Pour the sugar and water into the mold and mix well. TIP: I used a 26cm diameter pan. Place the mold over medium heat and do not stir anymore. Let the syrup turn into a caramel
  2. accommodate the pineapple in the caramel shape. Reserve.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, vanilla essence and margarine. Mix everything very well and then add the milk and mix some more. Add the wheat flour and mix until well combined. Finally add the yeast and mix gently. Pour this mass in the form that the pineapples are.
  4. Spread the dough and then bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, wait 5 minutes and unmold the cake. Good appetite 😽
