butter1 cup
sugar1 cup
eggs3 unit(s)
cornstarch1 cup
wheat flour1 cup
yeast2 teaspoon
salt to taste
milk2 cup
sugar4 tablespoon
sliced pineapple1 unit(s)
black plums100 g

Beat the butter with sugar and eggs until you get a whitish cream, then add the cornstarch, wheat flour, yeast and salt with the milk
Mix well and set aside to make the syrup
Take a mold, put 4 tablespoons of sugar to melt then add a little water and let it thicken then add the pineapple slices
Also add the plum and then just pour the dough gently over the pineapple.
Bake in a medium oven for about 45 minutes
Then let it cool a little and unmold and just eat 😋
