- cornstarch1 cup
- wheat flour1 cup
- yeast2 teaspoon
- salt to taste
- milk2 cup
- sugar4 tablespoon
- sliced pineapple1 unit(s)
- black plums100 g
- Beat the butter with sugar and eggs until you get a whitish cream, then add the cornstarch, wheat flour, yeast and salt with the milk
- Mix well and set aside to make the syrup
- Take a mold, put 4 tablespoons of sugar to melt then add a little water and let it thicken then add the pineapple slices
- Also add the plum and then just pour the dough gently over the pineapple.
- Bake in a medium oven for about 45 minutes
- Then let it cool a little and unmold and just eat 😋
