- Beat the eggs, 2 cups of sugar, the milk, the butter in a blender and gradually add the wheat flour, until you have a very smooth dough. Add the yeast and just mix well.
- In one form, melt the rest of the sugar until it starts to caramelize. Place the pineapple slices.
- Pour the dough from the blender and bake for about 40 minutes.
- Develop the warm cake.
