Faça o caramelo com 1 xícara de açúcar direito na forma, deixe esfriar depois cubra com as rodelas do abacaxi. Reserve!

Make the caramel with 1 cup of sugar straight in the mold, let it cool then cover with the pineapple slices. Reserve!

Bata no liquidificador os ovos, açúcar, margarina e depois adicione o trigo sempre intercalando com o leite. Por último o fermento, bata bem até ficar uma massa lisa sem bolinhas, despeje toda a massa do bolo na forma reservada e coloque para assar. No forno a 200°C asse por 50 minutos. Faça o teste do palito, se sair limpo já pode desligar o forno e deixar o bolo esfriar. Se preferir pode servir gelado.

Finally the yeast, beat well until a smooth dough without balls, pour all the cake dough in the reserved form and put it to bake. In the oven at 200°C, bake for 50 minutes. Do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean you can turn off the oven and let the cake cool. If you prefer, you can serve it iced.
