  • Unleavened Wheat3 cup
  • Sugar3 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Milk300 ml
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Margarine or butter4 tablespoon
  1. Make the caramel with 1 cup of sugar straight in the mold, let it cool then cover with the pineapple slices. Reserve!
  2. Beat the eggs, sugar, margarine in the blender and then add the wheat, always alternating with the milk. Finally the yeast, beat well until a smooth dough without balls, pour all the cake dough in the reserved form and put it to bake. In the oven at 200°C, bake for 50 minutes. Do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean you can turn off the oven and let the cake cool. If you prefer, you can serve it iced.
