- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk or pineapple juice200 ml
- Sifted wheat flour2 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- First caramelize the mold with 1 cup of sugar. Leaving the sugar in the fire and stirring from time to time until it melts completely. Place the pineapple slices and set aside.
- In a mixer, beat the eggs, sugar and margarine until you get a light cream. Then add the milk and flour little by little. With a spatula mix the yeast slowly. Take to preheated oven at 200° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Important to unmold when it's WARM!
