Milk300 ml
Coconut Milk200 ml
Eggs8 unit(s)
Vanilla Extract1 tablespoon
Condensed milk2 can(s)
Salt0 to taste
Corn starch1 tablespoon
Shredded Coconut Flakes100 g

In the blender, beat the milk, coconut milk, eggs, vanilla, condensed milk and salt.
Beat until they are completely mixed, still with the blender on, add the corn starch (Maisena) and beat just until it mixes.
Remove from the blender and transfer to another container, mixing all at once the grated coconut with the help of a wooden spoon.
Place in the greased and infarinhada shape, take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 1 hour or until it is well colored on top and always inserting a toothpick it is firm and comes out clean.
