- Coconut Milk200 ml

- Vanilla Extract1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Salt0 to taste
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut Flakes100 g
- In the blender, beat the milk, coconut milk, eggs, vanilla, condensed milk and salt.
- Beat until they are completely mixed, still with the blender on, add the corn starch (Maisena) and beat just until it mixes.
- Remove from the blender and transfer to another container, mixing all at once the grated coconut with the help of a wooden spoon.
- Place in the greased and infarinhada shape, take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 1 hour or until it is well colored on top and always inserting a toothpick it is firm and comes out clean.
