- Wheat Flour (Dough)2 cup
- Sugar (Dough)2 tablespoon
- Margarine (Dough)4 tablespoon
- Egg (dough)1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk (mousse)1 can(s)
- Sour cream (mousse)2 can(s)
- Unflavored gelatin (mousse)1 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder (mousse)8 tablespoon
- Whipped cream (to decorate) to taste
- For the dough, in a bowl, place the wheat flour, sugar, margarine and egg and mix until it releases from your fingertips.
- Open this dough in a round roast and take it to bake until golden.
- For the mousse, put condensed milk, milk cream and chocolate powder in a blender. Whisk until everything is well blended, about two minutes.
- Melt the colorless gelatin according to the instructions on the package and put it in the blender and beat a little just to mix.
- With the dough already baked and cold, put this mousse on top and take it to the fridge until it hardens.
- Beat the chatilly and decorate your pie however you like!
