  • Unsalted butter5 tablespoon
  • Dark chocolate bar1 unit(s)
  • Clara3 unit(s)
  • Whey-free cream1 can(s)
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  1. PASTA: 1- Grind the cookies in the blender until they turn into a farofa 2- Put the farofa in a bowl and add the butter 3- Incorporate with your fingers until it becomes a homogeneous mass 4- Place the dough in a mold, covering all the space (bottom and sides) 5- Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C and let the dough cool
  2. FILLING: 1- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie 2- Add the cream and set aside 3- Beat the egg whites and add the sugar little by little, until it turns into a meringue
  3. FINALIZATION: 1- Combine the chocolate ganache with the meringue 2- Pour over the dough 3- Leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours 4- Serve :)
