- For mass Preheat the oven to 180°C; Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes; Remove from the oven and let it cool; Check with your hand if you can form a ball that does not fall apart easily. If necessary, add water to the point. Squeeze with your fingertips and line the bottom and sides of the pan with a removable bottom; Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- 🍫Chocolate Mousse: Melt the butter with the cocoa powder over low heat; Remove from heat and let cool; Separate the whites from the yolks; Beat the yolks with the sugar in the mixer until it forms a light yellow cream; Mix the cream of yolks and the butter with cocoa in a bowl; Whip the egg whites and gradually add them to the other ingredients in the bowl.
- 🍫Assembly Remove the cooled dough from the freezer and fill with mousse; Smooth the surface with the spatula, sprinkle with cocoa nibs and then the crushed walnuts with an inner circle - close to the center; Refrigerate for three hours before serving.
