  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  1. Melt the butter and semisweet chocolate
  2. Mix all the ingredients with the chocolate and the melted butter, until everything is homogeneous.
  3. Grease the molds (or hanekin) with butter and cocoa powder. Put the dough up to half and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 200° 5/7 minutes depending on the size of your pan (hamekin)
  4. When it's roasted on the sides and still soft in the middle, it's ready to take off. Serve hot with a scoop of ice cream of your choice.
