- Butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Melt the butter and semisweet chocolate
- Mix all the ingredients with the chocolate and the melted butter, until everything is homogeneous.
- Grease the molds (or hanekin) with butter and cocoa powder. Put the dough up to half and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 200° 5/7 minutes depending on the size of your pan (hamekin)
- When it's roasted on the sides and still soft in the middle, it's ready to take off. Serve hot with a scoop of ice cream of your choice.
