- unsalted butter2 tablespoon
- Sugar1/4 cup
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Whole Eggs (skin off the yolk)2 unit(s)

- Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Whisk the eggs and yolks with the sugar in a stand mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate and wheat flour, mixing with a spatula.
- Then, grease the pie pans, pass wheat flour and put the dough.
- Preheat the oven and bake for 6 to 10 minutes (on high heat) until the dumplings have risen, but the middle should be soft.
- Unmold while still hot.
- Serve directly on the plate, accompanied with cream ice cream.
