  • Dark chocolate200 g
  • unsalted butter2 tablespoon
  • Sugar1/4 cup
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Whole Eggs (skin off the yolk)2 unit(s)
  • Gems2 unit(s)
  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie.
  2. Whisk the eggs and yolks with the sugar in a stand mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the melted chocolate and wheat flour, mixing with a spatula.
  4. Then, grease the pie pans, pass wheat flour and put the dough.
  5. Preheat the oven and bake for 6 to 10 minutes (on high heat) until the dumplings have risen, but the middle should be soft.
  6. Unmold while still hot.
  7. Serve directly on the plate, accompanied with cream ice cream.
