  • Butter125 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Gems3 unit(s)
  • Cocoa powder25 g
  • Sugar85 g
  • Wheat flour50 g
  1. Place the chocolate and butter together in the microwave or bain-marie until melted.
  2. Beat the eggs, yolks and sugar until foamy.
  3. Add the chocolate and butter mixture to the egg mixture, add the flour and stir until smooth.
  4. Grease the molds with butter and cocoa powder, in parallel preheat the oven to 220°C.
  5. Put the dough in the greased Petit gateu molds and take it to the preheated oven for 8 min, or until the sides of your cupcake are firm and the center is still soft.
  6. Unmold and serve with powdered sugar on top.
