- Sugar165 g
- Flour100 g
- Semisweet chocolate (bar or drops)250 g
- Unsalted butter (margarine).250 g
- Breadcrumbs for greasing to taste
- Combine the eggs, yolks and sugar in a blender. Beat until emulsified.
- Add the butter and chocolate to the pan and melt over low heat.
- Turn the blender back on and add this chocolate mixture. Add the milk and beat a little more just to mix.
- Grease a small mold or pudding mold with butter and breadcrumbs (if you grease it with wheat flour, your petit will turn out white đ).
- Jessica, I don't have breadcrumbs, put some old bread in the mixer or in the liqui and beat, you'll have breadcrumbs. (But the bread has to be hard).
- Pour into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 15 to 18 minutes (keep an eye on it)
- The idea is that it stays firm on the sides to be able to support the liquid when unmolding.
- Ready, serve with ice cream or any other ice cream of your choice.
- When I make it at Remecam I grease it with chocolate powder to make it more aesthetically pleasing, as it won't come out of the mold.

- TIP: if you make it in a large pan and have leftovers, you can freeze them as the leftovers can become a new PĂ©tit gateau.
- The idea of ââusing it is to take it out of the freezer, let it melt and put it in the blender, gradually adding milk.
- Until it becomes creamy again, beat a lot and repeat the baking process, crazy right? It works super well!
