- Fresh cream250 ml
- Icing sugar2 tablespoon
- Vanilla paste (or extract)1 tablespoon
- In the mixer add the cream. Tip: the colder the better!
- Start beating on medium speed, add the sugar one spoonful at a time.
- Add the vanilla and increase the speed to maximum
- Beat until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes. Be careful not to beat it too much, otherwise it will separate.
- Serve chilled with fruit, or as a filling and topping for cakes.
