Ingredients

• Fresh cream | 250 ml
• Icing sugar | 2 tablespoon
• Vanilla paste (or extract) | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

1. In the mixer add the cream. Tip: the colder the better!
2. Start beating on medium speed, add the sugar one spoonful at a time.
3. Add the vanilla and increase the speed to maximum
4. Beat until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes. Be careful not to beat it too much, otherwise it will separate.
5. Serve chilled with fruit, or as a filling and topping for cakes.
