- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Place the sugar in a pan and place over low heat to melt.
- With the sugar completely melted, add the water very carefully.
- Let it boil until it thickens again and set aside.
- Place the eggs in the blender and beat for 3 minutes.
- Add the condensed milk and milk and beat again for another 1 minute.
- Carefully caramelize a pudding mold with the syrup ready.
- Transfer the mixture from the blender to the caramelized form and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 180 degrees in a bain-marie for two hours.
