Perfect Pudding in the Airfryer

  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Whole milk1 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1/4 cup
  1. In the blender, add 1 box of condensed milk, the same amount of milk, 1 box of cream and the eggs. Beat for 5 minutes and let it rest for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the syrup.
  2. In a pan, combine the sugar and water. Turn the heat to medium temperature, and let it caramelize. When it's a golden caramelized, turn it off and take it to a hole in the middle.
  3. Take the mixture from the blender to the shape (over the sugar syrup), passing through a sieve. Cover with aluminum foil and take it to the Airfryer preheated to 140°C, let it bake for 1h30. When you have time, do the toothpick test. Remove part of the aluminum and insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the pudding is ready. Otherwise, let it bake longer.
  4. Let it cool and then put it in the fridge. Let it cool for at least 3 hours. When unmoulding, take the form over the stove flame quickly, to release the syrup at the bottom. Carefully unmold and serve!
