- Condensed milk | 1 l
- Whole milk (I used the can of condensed milk as a measure) | 1 l
- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Sugar | 1 cup
- Water | 100 ml
- Put the eggs in a sieve before starting the recipe, so the pudding doesn't smell like an egg.
- In the blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk and milk for 5 minutes.
In the pudding mold itself, put the sugar and let it caramelize, add the water little by little and let it boil until it is ready. Let cool
- Put the pudding in the shape, cover with aluminum foil, take it to the oven in the bain-marie for 1 hour.
