Ingredients

  • Condensed milk | 1 l
  • Whole milk (I used the can of condensed milk as a measure) | 1 l
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Water | 100 ml

Recipe

  1. Put the eggs in a sieve before starting the recipe, so the pudding doesn't smell like an egg.
  2. In the blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk and milk for 5 minutes.
  3. Syrup: In the pudding mold itself, put the sugar and let it caramelize, add the water little by little and let it boil until it is ready. Let cool
  4. Put the pudding in the shape, cover with aluminum foil, take it to the oven in the bain-marie for 1 hour.
  5. Only unmold after cold
